My test on 2026-10-23 used our own neutron image, which replaces the resolver of python-ovs with getaddrinfo, so it did not show that python-ovs needs the unbound module to resolve host names.\n\nPatch set 2 makes the member list opt-in: endpoints.ovn_ovsdb_nb/sb.statefulset defaults to null, which keeps the Service environment variables, and the chart renders exactly as before with it. The values comment says that setting it needs python3-unbound in the image.
