This patch enables to calculate the number of workers with help of formula (cpu count / 4) if value of workers is provided \"auto\". In default the value will be 1 and can be changed. But if the value of auto is provided in workers, number of workers count for the api will be calcuated based on the node api being deployed. The idea behind this is to enable the scaling of the application in different environment with irrespective with the node type on which it is going to be deployed. As of now we can assign the workers values as per choice but to do that node resources needs to be considered. Right now, provideing \"None\" values can enable cinder api to use the availabe cpus as worker but that might be a lot for some cases like where the cpu is high and memory is small in node.
