It is a valid relative link when you read README.rst from here https://opendev.org/openstack/openstack-helm/src/branch/master/README.rst and CONTRIBUTING.rst is just next to README.rst. But when you open the root of the repo via opendev.org web interface the README.rst is shown in the bottom of the page and relative links do not correctly work because the browser tries to query \u003crepo_root\u003e/CONTRIBUTING.rst. On the github mirror this link works just fine.\n\nI don\u0027t have strong opinion on this, but in general I would avoid having hyperlinks which lead to files in a particular branch.","commit_id":"9b154c6fa05b96be0af1c1c5eb459b8e03fd9a1e"}]}
