I would elaborate more that basically this patch doesn\u0027t change the default behavior - except it won\u0027t fail if the db is synced within 2 seconds.\n\nIf we don\u0027t pass notify handler or the backend doesn\u0027t implement one, it\u0027s gonna raise just like before this patch.
