This means non cores could propose that a change be backported. Cores could propose or strongly state that it should be backported.\n\nThis is a minor thing, and the current content may be good enough, but I don\u0027t do oslo backports so am not sure how things are used in practice.\n\nAnother thing to consider is that any +/-2 votes will simply be ignored when this change happens (they won\u0027t get demoted if my memory on how Gerrit votes work is correct).","commit_id":"a33727c0fe37238325fa9aee57c384674c3a3a77"}]}
