Then if you don\u0027t set a seed repo we make an empty repo with a .gitreview file that can push code to it. If you do this then you will have to push and review all of the tricircle content in whatever way makes sense for you. The alternative is to make a seed repo and import that entire repo as is. If you want any history or just want to avoid needing to push many changes to bootstrap this is the prefered method.\n\nThe opendev admins do this to avoid needing to manually force push for you. We do not want to do this.
