I posted on the openstack-discuss ML to see if any of the original maintainers (JHUPL folks, or barbican-core) may want to chime in and differ from this proposal; I captured the history on this so far, and my gathering is that folks were generally supportive of this move back in 2020/2021 when this discussion first arose. JHUPL folks haven\u0027t participated in the community since 2018. Please see the ML post for the full details.
