I\u0027m not saying it couldn\u0027t be done without this attention-grabbing method (reviewers has to read the commit message anyway), but still it puts the patch in context right away in my opinion.\n\nIn addition, since this \u0027tag\u0027 was more or less used already in Nova, we started to use it to let our validator bypass the check that a cherry pick is carried out properly, too.\n\nSo yes, it has two purposes nowadays in Nova: it is useful for reviewers + makes our tooling work.
