See lines 52 -\u003e 58 which is where if someone does:\n\nclass { \u0027::horizon\u0027:\n api_version \u003d\u003e { \u0027identity\u0027 \u003d\u003e \u00273\u0027 }\n}\n\nthe same thing would be configured in this file when it is used.  So rather than uncomment out these lines, if we need this to be defined by default it should be done via the api_version parameter in the horizon class rather than hard coding this block which would just be overwritten by the subsequent lines.
