I found many discussions talking about the similar problems and and clearly this is an issue basically should be solved in git-for-windows.\n https://github.com/git-for-windows/git/issues/2777\n https://github.com/git-for-windows/git/issues/2803\n https://github.com/git-for-windows/git/issues/2849\n\nAs a short term fix we can remove that file.
