runtime[1], we are tetsing from python 3.9 till\npython 3.12, moving functional job to python 3.12 and updating the same\nin python classifier.\n\nBump the hacking version to 7.0.0 for consistency with the other cinder\nprojects and to fix the pep8 job on Ubuntu Noble.\n\nAlso, add \u0027netifaces\u0027 to requirements; it has been explicitly used\nby the code for a long time, but was never
