I should have suggested this yesterday, but instead of making it non-voting, how about skipping the problematic test?  I think it\u0027s just cinderclient.tests.functional.test_cli.CinderBackupTests.test_backup_create_and_delete that\u0027s been failing due to this issue?  The problem with making this non-voting is that we know it\u0027s going to fail, so if the job fails due to some other issue, it won\u0027t be noticed.
