The current\nsignature does not accept this argument, causing:\n\n  BackupsManager.create() got an unexpected keyword argument \u0027project_id\u0027\n\nThis results in backup metadata never being stored in freezer-api, so\ncompleted backups are invisible in the API and UI and cannot be used\nfor restore operations.\n\nThe fix adds project_id as an optional keyword argument.
