Just to make it easier to other reviewers, we had a discussion with the OSC team and they mentioned that the usage of \u0027--\u0027 should be in cases in which we need to make the ordering of the params more flexible. In other words, if you have a command that takes a long list of params, it\u0027s just not a good idea to assume the user will remember that ordering, and that is when we use positional params. In case of a command like this one in which we only have two params, the burden of writing down the name of the param is just more than actually remembering the order of the expected params.
