What about a simple 'move'? Let the options tell the story of the kind of move (we should have --cold for completeness even if it is the default).

What I don't like about move is it relates to the server(s) not the hypervisor which is the resource here. I can live with vacate if we leave this function attached to the hypervisor resource.

The other alternative I've kicked around this morning is changing to using server as the resource:

 server move [--cold|--live|--rebuild] [--hypervisor <hypervisor>] [<server ...]

It might also be useful to make this cover all of the moving-a-server-around scenarios, or at least make sure we don't rule that out with he command syntax even if we don't implement it now. You're taking down a hypervisor for maintenance, and just want the scheduler
to rebalance the servers to other hypervisors.
2. You're replacing a hypervisor, and would like to move all servers on this
 hypervisor to a replacement.
