The current implementation splits naming convention by different types of plugins. I mean that contexts should clean their own resources and scenario cleanup should cleanup only resources left after scenarios. It is done for several cases:\n\n* if context cleans resources created by scenarios, it means that clenaup of scenario is configured in a wrong way. In other words, in case of another combination of that scenario with another context can lead to left resources.\n\n* for the last several rally releases we made a great progress for Rally Task V2. It should support using one set of contexts for several workloads .
