As I wrote on IRC we have some problems with administering these EOL\u0027s for old branches that were left open accidentally (or were re-opened, accidentally), and these are:\n1) our tools will not even apply the newton-eol ($series-eol) tag as Newton series is already marked as EOL and our tool skips to process EOL\u0027d changes\n2) we had a discussion in the past in Release Management team, that merging these patches retrospectively does not help, but changes somewhat \"history\" as this will show more deliverables as it was present originally in the series.\n\nIn this patch, option 1) is the bigger issue (as devstack was part of newton as well), so either we merge this or skip this, we have to tag \u0026 delete the branch manually.","commit_id":"31da086022e7287c232165fb879b5b97e2894ca5"}]}
