My thinking is versions \u003e\u003d 2.0.0 are not going to ever work with the current eventlet, so I wasn\u0027t sure if \"!\u003d\" makes sense exactly (a new release would likely still break).\n\nBut in upper-constraints we\u0027re holding at 1.16.0, so we\u0027re safe.
