It is not a bug of xstatic-jquery-migrate, so blocking a specific version does not work.\n\nATM xstatic-jquery-migrate is under the contorl of the horizon team, so both of blocking a specific version and capping xstatic-jquery-migrate work, but I belive the version cap make more sense.
