Reads OSSN-*.yaml files from security-notes/,\n  renders them through ossn.jinja, and writes .rst files to\n  security-notes/source/ at build time.\n- security-notes/source/ossn.jinja: Jinja2 template defining the\n  rendered structure of each OSSN page.\n- security-notes/source/index.rst: Master toctree using glob pattern\n  to pick up all OSSN-*.rst files automatically.\n- tools/build-all-rst.sh: Added security-notes to the build pipeline.\n- security-notes/OSSN-0101.yaml: New OSSN converted to YAML.\n- security-notes/OSSN-0102.yaml: New OSSN converted to YAML.\n- .gitignore: Added generated .rst files and __pycache__ to ignore.\n\nMisc Notes:\n- Requires a virtual environment on macOS due to externally managed\n  Python. Setup: python3 -m venv .venv \u0026\u0026 source .venv/bin/activate\n- Known issue: OSSN-0068 contains XML config blocks that cause 29 RST\n  formatting warnings, failing the build due to the -W flag. All other\n  90 files build cleanly.
