The first failing test is \"The User Page successfully prepare resource\".\n\nFrom the latest failed run, the sequence looks like this:\n\n- The first project create succeeded: POST /keystone/v3/projects -\u003e 201\n- The second project create succeeded: POST /keystone/v3/projects -\u003e 201\n- The test then opened /identity/user-group-admin\n- Immediately after that, the browser navigated to /base/overview\n- There was no POST /keystone/v3/groups before the timeout\n\nSo the user group creation did not actually run. Cypress then timed out waiting for .ant-notification-topRight, and the remaining user tests look like cascading failures because the expected resources were not prepared.\n\nThis looks like an existing admin-page readiness race. BaseLayout redirects admin pages to /base/overview when hasAdminPageRole is false, but RootStore.updateUser() starts updateUserRoles() without awaiting the async system role lookup. If BaseLayout.init() runs before hasAdminPageRole is populated, an admin page can be redirected to /base/overview even for an admin user.\n\nThe document title change only updates document.title and does not change routing, auth state, role state, or API calls.
