timeouts; when they trip, it\ntries to resume from another node, with a range offset that accounts\nfor the bytes already served.\n\nIf we set the X-Backend-Ignore-Range-If-Metadata-Present header (like\nwe do in SLO), it may cause the object servers to return the *whole*\nobject.
