Turns out DELETEs where doing that anyway. Container-sync was\ncomparing remote and local timestamps by their normal form because\npublic object responses only expose normal timestamps. That avoids parse\nfailures, but it can incorrectly skip an update when two source object\nversions share the same deca-microsecond normal timestamp and differ\nonly by jitter.\n\nPrefer backend/internal timestamps when available, keep same-normal\njittered timestamps ambiguous when checking the remote object, and send\nthe selected internal timestamp on remote PUTs. Turns out DELETEs where doing that anyway. Container-sync was\ncomparing remote and local timestamps by their normal form because\npublic object responses only expose normal timestamps. That avoids parse\nfailures, but it can incorrectly skip an update when two source object\nversions share the same deca-microsecond normal timestamp and differ\nonly by jitter.\n\nPrefer backend/internal timestamps when available, keep same-normal\njittered timestamps ambiguous when checking the remote object, and send\nthe selected internal timestamp on remote PUTs.
