I talked about this with Ghanshyam on IRC. It seems that landing a new API extension and related test in tempest is more complicated that I thought previously. Ghanshyam referred to [4] as the normal process. \n\nHowever as during the weekend [2] was landed, I think the neutron gates should not have the issue any more.
