That file is auto generated by the sample-env-generator from the settings specified by [2].\n\nHowever, the cinder-netapp-config.yaml in the environments/storage directory is really an orphan because all the other cinder backend config files are in the parent environments directory, including another copy of cinder-netapp-config.yaml [3].\n\nTo resolve this, I recommend removing the netapp stuff from [2], and delete the entire file [1].
