In fact I know no benefit for them here. Keep in mind that these are test tools and they are not listed among openstack requirements. In fact even if we all them (which is against the current policy), we would often come to problems because you cannot always move the version of these as the same speed. Some repos may need to use older test tools, some may need newer ones, due to missing features or regressions.\n\nPS.
