Especially since there has been an alternate suggestion about how to fix this: https://review.opendev.org/c/zuul/zuul-operator/+/810498/\n\nIt would be great if we could:\n* Identify the best fix (ideally we should ensure running the operator from the CLI and in the cluster both continue to wkr)\n* Add a config update to trigger this in the functional test (functional/run.yaml)\n\nProbably the easiest way to do that would be to add a tenant to main.yaml, then wait for that tenant to show up in the tenant list in the web api.","commit_id":"8b05b31a067b386d16c9e925ed1214e30d12529e"}]}
