We already take a *great* deal of care when writing the release notes to make sure they are short, succinct, and relevant. I think if we end up doing too much re-writing of them into a quarterly blog post, it's either a missed opportunity to attract new eyeballs, or unnecessary effort re-editing them.

How about we aim for something with high level themes and try to draw people to the release notes for details? Something like this maybe?

```
Over the past several months, we released Zuul 11.1.0 [0] and Nodepool 11.0.0 [1]. These milestones
bring many improvements including:
    * Significant performance improvements
    * New configuration options supporting large project configurations
    * Better control over job inheritance
    * More useful error messages reported to users
Many more new features and bugfixes are detailed in the release notes, head over there to see everything that's new.
We’re thrilled to see these updates make it out to you via our most recent releases. These performance
improvements, features, and bugfixes ensure that Zuul continues to be flexible for all of your continuous
integration and continuous deployment needs.
```

An alternate approach would be to publish the release notes in the blog (basically as an alternative publication channel). But I don't like that idea as much.
a914497788aef8385df0ed7943effbf8300473cf"}],"www/blog/index.html":

  alternative to trusted projects.
